Spira Power Yoga offers a wide variety of classes, courses, and workshops for busy adults who wish not to teach, but would like to learn more about yoga philosophy and anatomy. Our curriculum is rich in meditation, stress reduction, and self-help as well as traditional asanas.
Spira’s schedule has the busy adult in mind with a full-time job, kids, and many responsibilities. We know how hard it is to take time away from work and family. We also know, that time to time, we all need a little something-something to enrich our life! We offer our classes in the evenings, or in 4-5 hour blocks on the weekend. We never schedule a day to be longer than 5 hours!
