In this workshop, you will learn how to identify and address the different kinds of hungers we have and how to care for the self with compassion through mindful eating. You will also learn some foundational mindfulness practices to develop awareness of your experiences without judgment.
Sharon A. Suh, Ph.D. has completed the Mindful Eating-Conscious Living™ Level 1 Training with Jan Chozen Bays, MD and Char Wilkins, MSW. She received her 200 hour RYT certification and is a professor of Buddhism at Seattle University.
