This workshop will explore the foundation of arm balancing, the physics of transferring your weight to your hands and the playful mindset needed to maintain the balance and lose the fear. This workshop is for all students, new & experienced, with a yearning to learn the basic building blocks of these poses. Come with any questions and leave with a joyous spirit and richer understanding of these amazing postures.

Chakra Balancing Vinyasa Workshop

In this workshop, we will explore the deep relationship between yoga asanas (or postures) and the chakras. When the asanas are combined with breath, visualization and mantra, they can have a direct effect on the energy flow within the chakras. The workshop will be divided into 2 parts: 30 minutes of lecture about the chakras, followed by a 90-minute Vinyasa practice designed to awaken the spinal energies and balance the chakras.
