This module is designed for teachers who have already completed a 200-Hr yoga teacher training, and wish to collect 300-Hr points toward their 500-Hr certificate. Or for the curious practitioner who simply wishes to deepen his or her knowledge in yoga.


Chakra Balancing Vinyasa Workshop

In this workshop, we will explore the deep relationship between yoga asanas (or postures) and the chakras. When the asanas are combined with breath, visualization and mantra, they can have a direct effect on the energy flow within the chakras. The workshop will be divided into 2 parts: 30 minutes of lecture about the chakras, followed by a 90-minute Vinyasa practice designed to awaken the spinal energies and balance the chakras.

Here is your chance to bring your words onto paper with the help of yoga!
We all carry rich stories, and we all (with encouragement!) have the ability to write them with great intention and beauty. Participants will be led through chakra opening and spontaneous writing exercises to release our creativity, step around our internal critics, and begin writing!
