Drummerboy
Known by his peers as one of the best blues brothers on the circuit, Jeff Hayes has been banging his drums on a dozen recordings with five different bands that included top talent from Washington, Oregon, Mississippi, Colorado and the U.K. You can find him lending his beat, plus songwriting & lead vocal credits on many pressings over the years.

Playing live is where Jeff is home and he has graced the stages of the major festivals in the Pacific NW and several national festivals including the San Felipe Blues Festival in San Felipe Mexico, King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, AK and the Waterfront Blues Festival in Portland, OR. He has played along side such greats such as the late Pinetop Perkins, Michael Burke, Bob Margolin, Mookie Brill, Peter Damann, Eden Brent, John-Alex Mason, Robbie Jordan and Eric “Two Scoops” Moore.

DRUMMERBOY is an all-star ensemble of top roots music musicians drawn from a roster assembled, directed, and maintained by Jeff Hayes (aka DRUMMERBOY). Specializing in all types of blues to honky tonk and alt country, DRUMMERBOY varies in size from 2-piece to 6-pieces, depending on the size of the event, atmosphere needed, and your specific needs for entertainment. Playing traditional blues – like Texas, Chicago, New Orleans, Delta, jump – DRUMMERBOY is a revolution in roots music like no other.

In a typical show, Two Scoops breathes new life into familiar favorites and delivers generous portions of crowd-pleasing hits from his own records.

Eric “Two Scoops” Moore toured and recorded with the late Chicago blues harpmaster, “Earring” George Mayweather (7 years) and the great Muddy Waters guitarist, Grammy and Handy award winner, Luther “Guitar Jr.” Johnson (6 years). Two Scoops has performed his brand of boogie magic at premier blues venues and festivals in 36 states, 12 countries on three continents.

Do you sometimes just wanna dance out some of your life’s frustrations? Well … your answer is here!!! This class is for you!!! This is a funky beat, 120 minute class of sweat, soul, street … and FUN!

Maybe you’ve never taken a dance class before or are unfamiliar with hip hop, DO NOT FEAR! Hip hop styles can vary from teacher to teacher and coast to coast. At Spira, Amy will guide you through an exciting, thorough warm up to practice and learn how to isolate your body with clarity and rhythm. She will help you build the necessary strength and flexibility for optimal movement. Each class is taught using unique, current, and fun music and choreography. You might even learn some basic break dancing moves to impress your friends with at your next wedding reception or night out on the town.

Please join our Adult Hip Hop Class for Beginner’s and see how easy it can be learn to dance! Ages range from 18 and up. You’ll also be getting a workout without even knowing it! Can’t wait to see you there. Make sure to wear non-marking tennis shoes!
